Grocery Shower May 4, 2008
Another GREAT Grocery Shower was given to Frances and myself. Below are some pictures of the groceries given. We are so very "thankful" to this church and all the people for being so kind to us. May God bless each of you!

2008 Men's Retreat
The 2008 Men's Retreat was a BIG success. At least 115 men from across Alabama gathered at Camp Boothe on May 2 & 3 for a great weekend retreat. Pelham Church was represented by Deacons, Wayne Chance and Mike Folker and Pastor. It was a privilege to attend. Bro. Tony Burns, Director, could not be there so Bro. Jim Williams did a wonderful job of directing the retreat. Bishop Eugene Weakley blessed us Friday night with an outstanding message. Saturday Morning as it rained outside Bishop Phil Pruitt and Bishop James Wallace taught lessons on "Men" being "Servants" for the Lord.
